LuLu Forex Marks 15th Anniversary with 15 Days of 50% Off Campaign

LuLu Forex turns 15 this month, and the anniversary comes with a discount. From 3 to 18 October 2026, service charges on currency exchange and travel card transactions drop by 50% at LuLu Forex branches across India.

The offer halves the service charge on currency exchange and travel cards, ends on Sunday 18 October, and excludes the LuLu Forex counters at Cochin International Airport T3. You get the offer details, the cost lines the discount leaves alone, and a document list, so one visit to the branch is enough.

What does 15 years in India add up to?

LuLu Forex launched its first customer engagement centre in Kochi in 2011 and today has 30 branches nationwide. What matters more is the change you see on entering one:

1. In cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Kochi, Trivandrum, and Chandigarh, branches to name a few, and also counters have been set up at Cochin International Airport T3 since October 2023.

3. You deal with an RBI Authorized Category II Dealer, licence number KOC-ADII-0021-2023, so the paperwork follows RBI rules.

The excluded counters are the four 24x7 airport counters. If you fly out of Kochi, buy at a city branch before you reach the terminal.

What stays at full price with 50% off service charges?

• The offer applies to service charges. It does not mention GST, TCS, or the exchange rate, so plan as if all three stay.
• GST follows a slab on the amount you convert. LuLu Forex's tax lists 0.18% up to ₹1 lakh (minimum ₹45), then ₹180 plus 0.09% of the amount above ₹1 lakh, up to ₹10 lakh. A ₹2,00,000 card load carries ₹270.
• TCS is nil on the first ₹10 lakh of LRS spending in a financial year for most purposes. Overseas tour packages carry 2% from the first rupee.
• The exchange rate is a cost too. For USD, EUR, GBP and JPY, compare the rate you are quoted with the daily FBIL reference rate, published on working days.
• LuLu Forex's terms say service charges apply but do not state the amount.

For a private visit, LuLu Forex asks for:

1. Passport
2. PAN
3. Copy of your ticket or visa
4. Self-declaration in Form A2
